Check What’s Included
Some shell scheme packages include basic carpet; space-only plots almost never do. The exhibitor manual tells you whether you’re starting from bare floor.
Compare Contractor vs Stand-Supplied
Venue-contractor carpet can be pricier than flooring supplied with your stand. If you’re already working with a stand builder, ask them to quote flooring too and compare.
Choose Colour Carefully
Flooring is a big block of colour in every photo of your stand. A clean, on-brand carpet lifts the whole look; a clashing or grubby one undermines an otherwise good stand.
Consider Reusable Flooring
If you exhibit regularly, owning good flooring that travels with your reusable stand beats re-ordering contractor carpet every show.
