Exhibition Graphics Printing
We print exhibition graphics for our own builds and for the trade — SEG tensioned fabric, rigid panels in Foamex, Dibond and acrylic, roll-ups, magnetics, adhesives and printed textile. If it mounts to a T3 profile, we print it.
Because we manufacture the frame, the graphics are sized to it rather than to a generic template. Every order comes with a panel plan showing exactly which graphic goes where, so installation is a matter of following a numbered drawing rather than guessing on the stand. That matters most on large builds, where a mislabelled panel costs you an hour you haven’t got.
Print-only orders are welcome. Stand builders and designers working with the T3 system regularly come to us for graphics alone, on trade terms, with artwork specifications published in our extrusions and profiles datasheet so your studio can set files up without a phone call.
Exhibition Stand Hire From UK Stock
We hold rental stock in the UK and France — frames, counters, lighting, shelving, screens and accessories, ready to go out rather than waiting on manufacture. For most shows that means a shorter lead time than a purchased build, and no storage or ownership to think about afterwards.
Stock sits on site at the Business Design Centre in Islington, which for BDC exhibitors removes most of the delivery leg entirely. Elsewhere in the UK we deliver and install from Harlow, and across Europe through our partner network.
Hire suits three situations in particular: a one-off show where owning a stand makes no sense, a second simultaneous event when your own stand is already committed, and a last-minute booking where four to six weeks of manufacture isn’t available. If you’re weighing it up properly, our hire versus buying guide runs the numbers, and full packages are on the T3Xtra exhibition stand hire page.

Exhibition Stand Installation
You can build a T3 stand yourself — that’s the point of a tool-free system, and plenty of clients do. But if you’d rather it was done for you, our team installs at any UK venue and across Europe.
Every stand is pre-assembled at Harlow before it ships, which is the part most contractors skip. It means every profile, every graphic and every fitting has already gone together once and been checked, so nothing is discovered missing on a show floor at seven in the evening. You get the stand as a proven build rather than a box of parts and an optimistic drawing.
On site we handle install and breakdown, working to the venue’s build-up schedule and health and safety requirements. And because there’s no reseller between you and us, the people installing your stand are the people who manufactured it — so if something needs solving at the venue, it gets solved rather than escalated.
Installation can be quoted with a new build, with a stand hire package, or on its own for an existing T3 stand you already own.
3D Design, Construction Drawings & Panel Plans
Every project starts with a free 3D design, back to you within 24 hours. Not a stock template with your logo dropped on it — your stand, in your space, at your stand number, so you can see what a visitor will see before you commit to anything.
Once a design is approved, you get the drawings that make it buildable: construction drawings showing the frame, and panel plans numbering every graphic to its position. Organisers and venues frequently ask for build drawings as part of the approval process for space-only stands, and those are produced as standard rather than as an extra.
For pitches and internal sign-off we also produce 3D renderings, animations and walkthrough video. Useful when the person paying for the stand isn’t the person who briefed it — a still render tends to settle a budget conversation faster than a floor plan does.
Designers and stand builders working with the T3 system can commission drawings and panel plans on their own projects. See design without limit for what the system will do, how to brief your exhibition stand designer for what to send us, and T3 Snapify if you draw in SketchUp yourself.

T3 Snapify — Design T3 Stands in SketchUp
If you design in SketchUp, Snapify puts the entire T3 component library inside it. Profiles, connectors, accessories — the real parts, at the real dimensions, snapping together the way they do on a show floor.
The practical difference is that what you draw is buildable. Design freehand and you can produce something that looks right on screen and then needs a redesign once someone works out the actual lengths. Draw in Snapify and every component exists, so the parts list falls out of the model rather than being reverse-engineered from it.
It’s built for the people who specify T3 rather than for us — stand builders, designers and resellers quoting their own projects, who need an accurate drawing and a component list without waiting on our design team.
Visit t3snapify.com to get started, or ask us about access if you’re working with T3 for the first time. More on the system it draws from on the T3 Frame specifications page.
