GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions govern the sale and rental of T3 Displays Systems SAS products and are available on our website www.t3displaysystems.fr. Any order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
PRICES:
Prices are in euros, excluding taxes. Shipping and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDERS:
Orders are confirmed after acceptance of the quote and validation by our team.
PAYMENT:
Payment is required upon ordering, by bank transfer or credit card. Any delay will result in a 15% monthly penalty, as well as a fixed penalty of €200 for recovery costs.
DELIVERY:
Products travel at the customer’s risk. All packages must be inspected upon receipt. In the event of damage, specific reservations must be made immediately to the carrier.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (photos, drawings, models) remains the exclusive property of T3 Displays Systems SAS. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
