The UK Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka was the United Kingdom's official presence at the World Expo — a six-month flagship showcase of British culture, business, science and innovation on Yumeshima Island, Japan, designed by Woo Architects and operated by Bray Leino Events for the Department for Business and Trade. T3 Display Systems was selected by Bray Leino to deliver the modular display interior of the pavilion — chosen specifically for its ability to deliver a premium, large-scale exhibition presence that could be shipped efficiently to Japan, reconfigured repeatedly during operation, and brought home for reuse on future UK government activations.
The build used T3 Deco profiles in black, intentionally left visible for a modern, industrial design aesthetic that reflected the UK Pavilion's prestige. T3 Lightboxes, custom shelving and rigid panels added branding and functional coverage. The entire system flat-packed for efficient shipping — measurably reducing freight cost and carbon footprint versus a conventional custom build — and Bray Leino's team reconfigured the units repeatedly across the six-month operation as the pavilion's programme evolved.
