The interesting thing about a well-built exhibition system is that nobody notices it. At a two-day technology summit spread across an entire convention centre, the structures that hold the registration desks, the screens and the back walls are not the story — until one of them fails, and then they are the only story.
For AWS Summit Seoul 2026, held at COEX Convention Center in Seoul on 20–21 May, our Korean T3 Approved Partner Good Plan delivered structures across the summit using T3 Frame and T3 Deco, integrated seamlessly alongside the other systems already on site.
The summit is one of the largest cloud and AI events in Asia. The 2026 edition marked twenty years since AWS entered the cloud market and ten years since the Seoul region opened, drawing more than 50,000 pre-registrations across roughly 100 sessions and 70-plus customer case studies, with exhibitors spanning beauty, media, manufacturing, security and robotics.
None of what we supplied was made for this show. All of it had been out before, and all of it has been out since.
A summit of this scale is not one exhibition stand. It is dozens of structures going up simultaneously in different rooms, to different specifications, on a schedule that does not move.
COEX is a large, multi-level convention centre, and not every space within it is accessible to plant. Ballrooms, lounges and upper-level areas can be reached on foot and by lift, but not by a forklift carrying a pallet of heavy structural components. On a conventional build, those spaces are where the schedule quietly falls apart.
T3 was not the only system on site. Our structures had to sit beside — and in some cases directly against — other manufacturers’ products without visible mismatch in height, alignment or finish. A modular system that only works when it is the only system on the floor is not much use at a summit.
This was never a one-show specification. The commercial case for the whole inventory rests on the stock going out repeatedly, in different configurations, for years. Anything that damaged components, needed cutting to fit, or could not be struck cleanly would have undermined the point of owning it.
This is the unglamorous detail that mattered most. The T3 system packs down into bags and wheeled cases rather than crates and pallets. Where a forklift could not go, the structures were simply walked in by hand — through doors, into lifts, along corridors — and assembled on the spot.
Assembly is tool-free. There is no drilling, no cutting, no fixings to lose on a carpeted ballroom floor and no power tools running in a public space during build-up. Components twist and lock together, which means a crew can work in more places at once and finish in rooms that would otherwise have needed a specialist plan.
T3 Frame did the structural work: back walls, illuminated header panels above the booths, and the supports carrying screens at the registration and demonstration positions. The lightweight aluminium framework takes tension-fit SEG fabric graphics across its faces, giving seamless, high-resolution brand surfaces with no visible joins or fixings.
Because the framework is genuinely modular rather than a fixed kit of parts, the same components produced straight runs, corners, freestanding headers and screen supports across the summit — sized to each room rather than to a catalogue.
T3 Deco handled the finishing: the profiles, edges and defined structural lines that stop a modular build reading as a modular build. Used in black, it gives structures a deliberate architectural edge; used in white, it disappears into a bright, clean exhibition environment.
That range of finish is what allowed our structures to sit convincingly beside other systems on the floor, rather than announcing themselves as something different bolted on beside them.

The stock is the product, not the stand. The frames that built Seoul had been out to countless other events before it, and they have been out since — reconfigured, not replaced. The inventory keeps growing and the solutions keep evolving with it.
That is the argument for a reusable modular exhibition stand system stated plainly. A bespoke build is a single-use asset with a skip at the end of it. A modular inventory is a balance-sheet item that earns for years, and which gets more useful with every show, because every configuration solved becomes a configuration you can repeat.
