BNP Paribas hosted a series of dynamic internal events at its Paris headquarters — each built around a distinct theme, from money and health to entertainment, cities and collaboration. Running a series of high-quality themed internal events at a major corporate headquarters introduces a specific logistical challenge — each event needs a fresh, visually distinct environment, but commissioning entirely new display materials for every theme is prohibitively expensive and wasteful. PVC roll-up graphics fixed with Velcro provided the quick-change visual layer — swapped between themes in minutes, stored flat in minimal space between uses.
Custom T3D polystyrene lettering and dimensional elements were produced for each event theme — CNC-cut and painted to match the graphic palette of each topic. The 3D counter letters added depth, dimension and visual distinction that flat graphics alone could not deliver, making each themed event feel genuinely distinct despite sharing the same structural framework.
