With over 400 exhibitors and more than 15,000 attendees, this prominent European trade show stands as one of the biggest annual events in the region’s industrial calendar. Companies from across Norway and the continent gather to showcase their products, technologies, and services to a diverse professional audience.

Based in Stavanger, Bitmap Multi-visual was tasked with delivering custom modular exhibition stands for more than 10 participating brands. Leveraging the T3 Frame system, Bitmap offered tailored display solutions that balanced brand presence, product showcase capabilities, and efficient installation.

Project Scope: Custom Displays for Multiple Clients

Each client came with a distinct brief, requiring bespoke modular configurations that respected space limits while enhancing engagement.

• Glenair and Gessmann required structured product zones with alcove shelving, ideal for component displays.

• Adeptor, NOS, Siemens, and SR Group focused on open customer interaction zones for consultations and meetings.

Despite the variation in stand design, Bitmap delivered a unified and professional aesthetic across the board, reinforcing each brand’s identity while ensuring a seamless visitor experience.

T3 Solution: Speed, Efficiency, and Versatility

Bitmap successfully assembled 12 modular stands in under 48 hours with a small team—thanks to the tool-free Twist & Lock assembly of the T3 Frame system. The lightweight aluminum structures were packed compactly for transport, reducing shipping and storage costs.

Beyond structure, Bitmap provided flooring, carpeting, and furniture rental—offering a full-service experience from design to delivery.
