Modular Trade Show Display for HSE Group

Inspired Print Solutions partnered with the HSE Group to design and deliver a striking trade show display that would serve as a versatile solution for multiple events. The aim was to create a visually impactful and easily reconfigurable exhibition stand—ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand presence across venues.

Project Scope: Versatility, Illumination, and Seamless Graphics

The challenge was to engineer a trade show display that combined modularity with strong visual impact. HSE Group needed:

• A flexible framework adaptable to different floor plans

• Tool-free assembly and breakdown for rapid deployment

• Seamless SEG fabric graphics for a premium, continuous look

• Integrated LED lighting to enhance graphic visibility

• A reusable structure that would reduce long-term event costs

The solution had to be eye-catching yet practical—supporting repeated use and efficient transport while offering a strong return on investment.

T3 Solution: Brilliant Graphics, Fast Assembly

Inspired Print Solutions selected the T3 Frame system, known for its strength, speed, and flexibility. The frame was custom-built to fit the brand’s specifications, with high-resolution SEG fabric graphics wrapping every visible surface. To amplify the stand’s impact, This booth used the T3 Wandlight for seamless illumination casting even illumination across the printed visuals.

The modular design meant the stand could be reconfigured for different venues, allowing HSE Group to maximise use across multiple shows. Tool-free assembly allowed the team to build and break down the stand quickly—reducing labour costs and setup time.
