With over 400 exhibitors and a substantial attendance of 15,000+ individuals from both Norway and various European countries, this event is a prominent fixture on the industry calendar. Bitmap Multi-visual based in Stavanger Norway were proud to install over 10 exhibition stands.
The project encompassed various exhibiting companies, each with distinct requirements, including product display areas and customer interaction zones. Bitmap adeptly integrated these features into their designs. Product display areas featured alcove shelving spaces within display walls and counters, exemplified in the Glenair and Gessmann displays. Customer interaction areas were prominent in the Adeptor, NOS, Seimens, and SR Group.
Bitmap efficiently transported and assembled 12 modular exhibition stands using limited transport costs, thanks to the framework’s design, allowing compact packing for cost-effective transport and storage. Their small team assembled the stands in just 48 hours without tools or levers. Additionally, Bitmap provided a full-service experience by offering flooring, carpet installation, and furniture rental. Their flexibility and commitment to reusability ensured a successful project outcome.
