Reusable Modular Display with Integrated Cardboard Architecture

For this confidential trade show project, Wow Designs collaborated with T3 Systems to create a bold, practical, and sustainable exhibition stand by combining modular framing with alternative materials. The objective: expand the existing stand footprint while preserving core visual elements—and do so with a commitment to sustainability and reuse.

Project Scope: Expansion Through Smart Integration

The client wanted to upgrade their exhibition presence by expanding their existing stand design. The vision included retaining T3 modular components from the previous show while incorporating new cardboard structures to increase storage capacity and create a more open, inviting layout.

This blend of materials had to be seamlessly integrated, visually coherent, and functional in a fast-paced trade show environment. Floor space optimisation was key, as was delivering strong brand visibility.

T3 Solution: Adaptable, Lightweight, and Visually Cohesive

T3’s modular frame system enabled the effortless integration of cardboard architecture with aluminium framing. The rear wall, spanning nearly 6 metres, was wrapped in SEG fabric graphics—offering a premium, seamless finish that reinforced the brand’s identity.

Thanks to T3’s Twist & Lock design, setup was fast and required no tools. The framework’s adaptability made it simple to connect different components while preserving visual harmony.
