For the VRX Networks activation, we delivered a fully modular, visually striking pop-up display that captured attention and drew in participants. Using our T3 Affinity system, the entire structure was designed to be completely tool-free, allowing for fast setup and easy transportation—ideal for temporary retail or exhibition environments.

The display needed to do more than just look good. It had to function seamlessly as a multi-user VR experience, while also promoting a new film to the wider public. We designed a four-station layout, with each pod equipped with a VR headset, controllers, and an individual screen so that gameplay could be viewed externally. To extend the impact beyond the users themselves, three large monitors were positioned to loop promotional content and trailers—attracting onlookers and driving engagement.

A staging area was integrated into the layout to allow staff to welcome visitors, take payments, and handle merchandising, making the space both experiential and commercially effective. The final result was an immersive VR kiosk that not only showcased VRX Networks’ social gaming solution but also delivered a professional, branded environment with maximum flexibility.
